Join us for a host of events on Saturday, LOCAL COMIC SHOP DAY!!!  Check out some great sales on comic books, and meet some great local writers and authors!  Local creators will be hanging out all day to sell their books and chat comics!  Some great events during the evening include trivia, artist doodle duels and more!  It’s going to be an awesome all-day celebration of comics!

Pirates Party is even more casual than current Store Tournament events and is designed to be easy for anyone to join. Whether you’ve just started playing or are thinking about trying the ONE PIECE CARD GAME for the first time.

New participation promo cards will be rolled out every two months, and a Welcome Pack will be introduced every half year.

Entry to the event is $20.00 which is to be paid to the store upon arrival. The Best Coast Pairings (BCP) app will be used. Attendees are expected to have it available, functioning, and registered. This tournament will be a ranked event through the ITC as well as the ITC Hobby track.

The Octarius Season Un-Classified Kill Teams are allowed. Four rounds of two hours each will be played. All updates from Warhammer Community will be in effect. New teams released within two weeks of the event will be subject to TO approval. Fully 3D printed Kill Teams are prohibited. Singular printed models will be considered with TO approval. 3D printed accessories such as custom shoulder pads, heads, basing accoutrement, etc. are allowed. Having a fully painted kill team is encouraged but not required. Store credit payout for 1st (and trophy), 2nd, 3rd, and best sportsman! Trophy for best painted! Ever wanted to learn Warhammer 40K but not sure if you are ready to jump in? Now is the time! With this learn to play event everything you need to learn the game is provided! No need to bring miniatures, worry about dice or books; its all available to use during the event, just bring yourself! Be ready to learn 40K in a relaxed small group environment with a veteran player who will guide you through the game. This event is designed for people who have never played a game of 40k, and will start with basics of the game all the way to advanced concepts and tricky rules interactions. Come learn why Warhammer is the most popular tabletop wargame in the world! This event is free!

Our Kids Pokémon Learn to Play and Meet Up  is designed for anyone 14 and under. 

Don’t know how to play Pokémon?  No problem, our staff will show you how to play the game, and offer advice on building decks and strategy!  Pokémon is a great opportunity to teach your children sportsmanship, basic math, reading comprehension, and social skills in a fun way!

If you already know how to play, show up and get some games in with other Pokémon enthusiasts.  Our Pokémon Professors will be available to help with all rules questions, deck building tips, and strategy tips! All you need to bring is a deck!

Reminder that no Pokémon trades are allowed in the game room during this event! Thank you!

WEATHER PERMITTING…Are you prepared for combat???  Bring your foam LARP weapons and battle it out on the field behind Fantasy Books and Games!   Spar with your favorite opponents, or take place in organized games where combat with foam LARP weapons will determine victory or defeat.  We will run different types of game modes.  Adults and children are welcome, but no children under 16 without parental supervision.  All participants will be required to fill out a waiver and code of conduct on the day! This meet up is free!

Join us and Gary Hill every third Sunday of the month for miniature painting! All experience levels welcome! Come get tips and tricks on taking your painting game to the next level, or learn fundamentals as you put a brush to a miniature for the first time.

Come learn to draft some dice and use the tools-of-the-trade in Sagrada to carefully construct your stained glass window masterpiece!

In more detail, each player builds a stained glass window by building up a grid of dice on their player board. Each board has some restrictions on which color or shade (value) of die can be placed there. Dice of the same shade or color may never be placed next to each other.

Special tools can be used to help you break the rules by spending skill tokens; once a tool is used, it then requires more skill tokens for the other players to use them.

The highest scoring window artisan wins!

This learn to play is free to attend.

This will be 30m best of 1 swiss. The number of rounds and prizing will depend on the number of trainers, Top-Cut will be 50m best of 3 (if numbers allow for a top-cut).

Fliptoons is a deck building, fun filled card game and we’re here to teach you how to play it! 

Players take on the role of talent agents who are looking for animal actors to fill out the cast of the next great show. To do this, they will need to find new actors to replace the mediocre ones they started with! In game terms, players all have identical starting decks and will use whatever fame (both the game’s currency and points) they accumulate each round to buy new cards and get rid of unwanted ones.

Welcome to the Heroic Adventures Escalation League!

It’s a new Edition, so this league will focus on learning the game and getting your new army battle ready!

Each 2-week period of the league we will bump the points value up, and players can earn prizes for playing and having all of their minis painted in each period!!

Each portion of our escalation league will be two weeks! For that two-week period, games will be played at a specific points value, beginning with Combat Patrol (500) games for the first period, then 1000 point games for the 2nd period, 1250 point games for the 3rd period, 1500 for the 4th period, 1750 for the 5th period, and finally 2000 point games for the 6th period.
