POINTS: For every unit destroyed, the opposing team will gain victory points equal to the points cost of the unit that was destroyed.

OBJECTIVES: At the beginning of each teams turn, objectives will be scored. Objectives can only be controlled by INFANTRY units. The team whose unit controls the objective will gain an amount of Victory Points equal to the points cost of the unit that controls the objective.

SAVE PHASE: The end of round save phase has been retired. All saves will be made during the shooting and close combat phases of their respective teams turn.

Bring up to 10,000 points. Single keyword only, please. Players will be placed on a team based on points. Teams may have an odd number of players based on points. Turns will initially be 2hrs per team, with turns becoming shorter in later turns.

Rules and mission objectives may change during the game to ease gameplay and balance.

A great family game event for the holiday weekend

Cartographers is an award-winning roll-and-write map drawing game for all ages! Perfect for fans of Tetris and adult coloring books.  

Each turn, players choose what to draw from a revealed card, filling their grid-based maps with fantasy forests, farms, villages, and water. But watch out—opponents can place monsters on your map! Strategically fill your map to complete changing scoring patterns and earn points after each season. After four seasons, the player with the highest reputation wins!

At this event, you’ll learn to play Cartographers with the great folks form Thunderworks Games!  One random player per table will win a copy of the game, and all participants will receive exciting goodies.  Winners from each table will advance until a final champion is crowned!

The best Cartographer after three rounds will win a great bundle of the Cartographers base game, the Cartographers Heroes Collector’s Edition Box, the expansions, a playmat, promo packs, and a $20 Store Credit at Fantasy Books & Games!

Iconic characters from across the Star Wars galaxy clash in this new miniatures skirmish game! Star Wars: Shatterpoint invites players to collect, assemble, and paint their own squads of heroes, villains, and their allies and pit them against one another in tense duels to control key battlefield objectives.

Strike Team Selection During a Premier Showdown event, players do not submit a single strike team, as normal. Instead, players submit a Premier List of four separate squads and one Mission Set that they will use to build their strike team at the start of each game. Each squad must meet the normal squad building restrictions as detailed in the Shatterpoint Core Rules book, which can be found at AtomicMassGames.com/ shatterpoint. Additionally, when building their Premier List, players may not include a Unit that shares the same Unique Name or Unit Name with another Unit already in their Premier List and must apply all special rules applicable to building a strike team across all four of their squads.

Ever wanted to learn Warhammer 40K but not sure if you are ready to jump in? Now is the time! With this learn to play event everything you need to learn the game is provided! No need to bring miniatures, worry about dice or books; its all available to use during the event, just bring yourself!

Be ready to learn 40K in a relaxed small group environment with a veteran player who will guide you through the game.

This event is designed for people who have never played a game of 40k, and will start with basics of the game all the way to advanced concepts and tricky rules interactions. Come learn why Warhammer is the most popular tabletop wargame in the world!

This will be a 1000pt event. We will be using the Pariah Nexus Chapter Approved, using the “TableTop Battles” App for tracking secondaries and Victory points, if you are not able to access the app we will have copies of the physical missions cards for purchase.

Fully painted armies are **not** required but 10pts will be awarded for battle ready painted armies (3 colors and base). 3D printed accent pieces such as Space Marine shoulder pads are acceptable but fully 3D printed or non-GW models need to be check by the TO for legality (or message Cash on our discord server linked below)

Sunday, April 6th at 2PM: Our casual prerelease with 3 rounds and a flat payout structure. Come play the new set with no stress!
